    Experience personalized support and guidance from the comfort of your own space. Our virtual coaching sessions empower you to achieve your health and wellness goals with flexibility and convenience, tailored to fit seamlessly into your lifestyle.

    Initial Session (45 mins): $199

    Includes assessment of objectives, goal setting, and worksheets to support plan of action.

    Subscription Monthly Plan: $149

    Includes accountability trackers, worksheets, and weekly check-ins.

    Available as 2x 45 minute sessions or 1x 90 minute session.

    2 Month Minimum Commitment.

Lindsay holds dual bachelor's degrees in health science education and nursing, and she is currently pursuing advanced studies for a masters and PhD in integrative medicine.

Lindsay is renowned for her leadership in the holistic healthcare sphere, specializing in uncovering the root causes of symptoms and developing personalized plans for long-lasting improvements in well-being and quality of life.

Beyond her nursing career, Lindsay wears many hats, including that of a dedicated mother of three and a compassionate caregiver for her grandfather. Embracing a multifaceted approach to well-being, Lindsay serves as a Health & Wellness coach and Arvigo Abdominal Therapy Practitioner, embodying her deep-rooted passion for natural medicine.
